Visually impaired photographer Andrew Fletcher was so proud to receive his winning voucher on 31st October at The Discovery Centre Winchester, where Losing My Sight UK finished their Below 20/20 Visually Impaired Photography and Book exhibition.

The tour took them from Basingstoke, Portchester, Portsmouth, Gosport and ending up at Winchester, each exhibition was open by the Mayor at each of the locations and the public had the opportunity to vote for their favourite photo at each venue, which was very popular.

Andrew won the first leg in Basingstoke with a photo of his gorilla, then Corinne Highton won in Portchester with her lovely photo of a wise old tree, Andrew won again in Portsmouth with another stunning photo of the Warrior at sunset in Portsmouth Harbour, they all received £25.00 towards their photography from Losing My Sight UK.

Andrew also took the top slot in Gosport too where Karl Greatorex won in Winchester, all there photographers have some form of visual impairment which is why Losing My Sight UK embarked on this touring exhibition not only to show case the talents of visually impaired people but too also give the general public the chance to see that despite of a disability nothing can hold you back.

Founder Dave Taylor said we have secured funding to take our Below 20/20 Visually Impaired Photography Exhibition on tour again next year which is amazing and we have some new visually impaired photographers joining us so it shows that this exhibition is very popular and is also a testament of how talented our photographers are.

The exhibition will be visiting Basingstoke, Southampton, Portchester ,Portsmouth, Gosport, Winchester and Guildford, Dave Taylor says he is looking for a sponsor to fund the exhibition 2021 so if anyone is interested please make contact via his email

Andrew Fletcher won a £25.00 voucher which was kindly donated by London Camera Exchange in The Cascades Portsmouth.
